Kind of a quiet day here on Tuesday.
Got out early this evening for a 3.9-mile brisk walk in Springwoods Village.
Had planned to go longer, but close to the end of mile two I started to get a little light-headed.
So I passed up on an additional 1.4-mile loop around a lake that I had planned as I didn't want to be out there and then possibly have something bad happen.
Rode 10.3 miles on the Air Assault bike last night before bed.
Was going to get on it again tonight, but I'll add some mileage there on Wednesday. (Would like to get between 100 and 200 miles this 30-day period. 20.5 so far.)
